Rimrock Art & Frame demands production of the highest quality. If any product fails to meet our customer’s standard for quality it may be returned for replacement within 30 days of purchase. If a satisfactory replacement cannot be produced the customer will receive a full refund, upon providing proof of purchase.

We do not sell, lease, or rent our personally identifiable customer information to anyone outside our company. We use customer information for two general purposes: to fulfill your requests for our products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.

Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping: All (Giclee, Canvas or Print) orders shipped within the Continental U.S. are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified or requested. Domestic Freight rates are automatically calculated by the Web site software for each order.
